1. To become a Representative an applicant shall have a recommendation of a registered Representative or Director. In exceptional cases, the Company has the right to assign a new Representative to an existing team.

2. To become a Representative of the Company it is necessary to register at www.faberlic.com (“Partner” Program).  When a newcomer registers an Owner of Collection Point (CP) shall check the name, second name, surname and date of birth of the applicant in the passport or other ID to prove their data in the team. The applicant and their Sponsor are responsible for the authenticity of the data and correct registration in the program.

If incorrect registration of a new Representative is detected at CP, the CP owner shall be fined for the amount of the Agency fee for the catalogue period when re-registration was realized.

3. Possibility to become a Representative is given to everybody regardless of sex, nationality, confession and political opinions.

4. You can become a Faberlic Representative if you are over 14.

5. Faberlic Representative shall have just one ID number. Relatives (parents, spouses, brothers, and sisters) must register in a single Sponsor's team, or else be Sponsors for each other.

Relatives (parents, brothers, sisters and spouses) can conclude Family Plan to register two relatives for one number, one of whom will be the primary holder of the number, and the other the secondary holder of the number.

6. If a mistake in the Sponsor number was made during the registration of a newcomer, it can be corrected within 2 catalogue periods from the moment of registration. This requires an application to the Feedback section of the Partner programme. The Sponsor in whose team the Representative was mistakenly registered makes the application. Please note! The mistake will only be corrected if the Newcomer does not have a team.

7. If a mistake in the Sponsor ID number was made during the registration of a newcomer, such a newcomer can delete their registration number within 5 days from the moment of registration providing that they have not placed any orders yet. This requires an application to the Feedback section. Such a Representative can register again immediately after the deletion of the number on general terms in any Sponsor’s team.

8. If a new Representative doesn't place any personal orders for 6 catalogue periods after registering, the Company reserves the right to delete their ID number from the database without notification. In this case, the new Representative can register again on a general basis under any Sponsor's team immediately after the ID number is removed.

9. If a Representative placed one personal order, but did not place any more orders after that, their ID number may be deleted after one year of ID number inactivity. The company reserves the right to delete the ID number from the database without notification. In this case, the new Representative can register again on a general basis under any Sponsor's team immediately after the ID number is removed.
 
10. A Representative can delete their ID number from the database by submitting a request. Restoration of activity in the Company for such Representative and/or his relatives is possible after a year has passed since the deletion of the number from the database. If registered earlier than 1 year after deletion, the data of the Representative and/or his relatives will be deleted from the Company's database.

11. When a Representative’s registration number is removed from the Company’s database (except paragraph 7 of “Obligations of Director of Faberlic Integrated Company”), the Representative’s team is transferred to the upline Sponsor.

12. Representative registered in the Company does not have the right to register one more time. If double registration in another team is detected including with data of relatives, the new registration number will be removed from the team without saving data of the removed number. The Sponsor of the team where the re-registration happened will be fined.
