1. Representatives is not an employee of the Company.

2. Under no circumstances nobody can repack or change package or marks of products. Company products shall be sold in original package only.

3. The Company allows its Representatives to distribute the products made and packed in the Company’s factory with Faberlic Integrated Company trade mark.

4. The products made by the Company can not be harmful if used according to their intended purpose and in accordance with instructions and expiry dates. All products of the Company are certified in accordance with the norms and standards of the country of origin that is the guarantee for Representatives and the Company.

5. If a Representative, wishing or not, legally or illegally, is involved in discussion or actions that can cause negative consequences for the Company or its reputation, he or she shall immediately inform his or her Sponsor and the Heads of the Company about that.

6. The Company has the right to amend prices, range of products and payment terms without prior notification. The Company shall nor recompense the losses causes by amendment of prices or range.

7. The Company has the right to make amendments and additions in the Compensation Plan, ranks requirements, Code and Rules of the Company.

8. Representatives shall follow local, state and federal laws and rules concerning their activity in the Company.

9. To receive 20% discount Representative shall make an order for the amount of 1000 roubles at least.
